William McMillian judges annual awards competition in Louisville, KY at the Creativity 2009 Annual Awards. Established in 1970, Creativity Annual Awards is based in Louisville, KY and is one of the longest running independent international advertising and graphic design competitions in the world. A print, web, advertising and media design competition, each year the judges choose the best from all over the world to be reproduced in the 400-page Creativity Awards Annual Book published and distributed by HarperCollins.

We just got it in the mail and three of our projects are in American Graphic Design & Advertising 25. Included in the book will be the SONYA logo mark, website for Abel Macias and the Bussaco Bklyn website. This marks the eleventh time our work has been in the annual.

Work Selected for new LogoLounge Master Library.

The Virtual Net logo has been selected to be in the first Master Library series that will focus on a very specific logo design category. The first edition of the brand-new LogoLounge Master Library series will be titled Initials & Crests.

McMillian Design recently won four awards in the Graphic Design USA Design Contest. This marks the third year McMillian Design’s work has been recognized by the industry-leading publication in its annual competition. Graphic Design USA is the news and ideas magazine for graphic design professionals and boasts an estimated monthly readership of over 100,000.

We have recently been honored with two corporate identity projects to be included in the American Corporate Identity 24 design annual. Awards for corporate identity excellence were received by MND Media and Emeraude Classic Cruises. The winning entries will be featured in David E. Carter’s book, American Corporate Identity 2008. This is the tenth year McMillian Design’s work has been included in the annual.

McMillian Design has recently been honored with two corporate identity projects to be included in the The Big Book of Logos #5 design annual. The Big Book of Logos 5 will be 400 pages, hard cover, in full color, and will include approximately 2,500 logos. Awards for corporate identity excellence were received The Wilson Group and Artisan Wine Company for Jason Richelson.
